Our Story

We are a fully from-scratch kitchen making delicious vegan and gluten-free Tex-Mex inspired meals. We pride ourselves in offering our community healthier options while still maintaining an authenticity and flavor that is true to Mexican culture. We source our ingredients fresh every day and make our recipes in house, because we shouldn't have to compromise the flavors that we love to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When Viva opened its doors well a decade ago we were san antonios first fully vegan tex mex restaurant. We are proud of our heritage and take pride it the food we put on the table for the people who decide to go through our doors.
